Terry Bickham is currently serving as the Head of Product Management with Enovation Analytics (www.enovation-analytics.com) . Over the last three decades he has driven success with start to finish energy projects in leadership roles for both technical/operations programs and teams. Focused around energy and operational performance, his experience spans business development, project engineering, offer development, financial modeling, risk management, construction and commissioning as well as continuing operations management. He has been both an internal resource as a corporate energy manager overseeing 36 plants in four countries and helped clients through design build own operate (DBOO), performance contracting, new construction and retrofit projects. More recently, he has focused on making distributed energy resource (DER) and renewable energy resources viable in a changing energy economy including development, techno-economic modelling, systems integration, and project engineering. Recent market analysis and strategy due diligence have included engagements across ERCOT, CAISO, NYISO, PJM, MISO, and ISONE markets.

Bickham began his career in engineering and operations roles in the US Navy before operations roles at Oscar Meyer, followed by controls engineering and team leadership at Johnson Control. He has been the national services director for an energy services company, an energy engineer and trainer with a number of firms, as well as energy manager for a multi-national plastics firm. He holds a degree in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. Professional qualifications include Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED AP, and Certified Sustainable Design Professional (CSDP).
