Mallory Rutigliano works in the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget for the City of New York on environmental sustainability and resiliency. She previously worked at BloombergNEF, conducting research on thematic sustainable debt, policies and regulations impacting sustainable finance initiatives, and ESG strategies. She serves on the executive committee for the state chapter of Sierra Club, and is actively involved in issues related to climate finance, soil health, and watershed management, among other topics. Mallory holds an MPA in environmental science and policy from Columbia University and a BA from Dartmouth College in biology and psychology.
