Alisha Soares is a Senior Vice President in the Transactional Risk Practice at Marsh specializing in tax liability and tax indemnity insurance.
Prior to joining Marsh in early 2020, Alisha was a director in the global transaction tax practice at Alvarez and Marsal. Alisha has experience in all stages of the due diligence process, negotiating and assisting with post-close integration and remedial projects. Alisha also consulted and advised on various restructuring projects.
Alisha began her career at KPMG, where she spent four years in KPMG’s state and local tax mergers and acquisitions practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Alisha is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar
